Release 0.1
Introduction
This is the first official release of our game! Not including our Game Jam submission;)
This also marks the first game that we as a team have released to the public. This game is still in very early development, but we are very proud of the effort that went into this release. We are also very excited to continue the development on this project and to make this game something truly special.
With the introduction out of the way, here is the money shot.
Patch Notes for version 0.1
- 5 Levels with several waves each.
- 6 buildings to place. 1 offensive building and 5 upgrade buildings.
- Buying and Selling Turret buildings is done.
- Audio for all stages of the game.
- Animations for buildings, for the enemies and for some of the UI components.
What does the future hold
The most important thing that we want to have a look at in the next version, is making the game more challenging. We will be looking at upgrades that are applied to the enemy as the waves increase. For example: enemy gets a speed increase every 3 waves. To this goal, we also want to fine-tune all of the numbers (amount of currency for a slain elf, cost of buildings, etc.).
